I paid Simon a £100 deposit to view a car after discussing the vehicle with the dealer beforehand. I was advised that the deposit would be refunded if I chose not to proceed with the purchase.After making a four-hour round trip to view the car, I found the vehicle was not in the condition I personally expected based on the advert and our conversations prior to travelling.I decided not to proceed with the purchase and requested the return of my deposit several times, as of now nothing received..I would recommend that anyone considering travelling to view a vehicle asks for detailed photos/videos and confirms all deposit terms in writing before making a journey.Disappointing experience overall.

Buyer Beware I sent holding deposit of £250 on 4th March to be returned if car not to requirement because I was booking a flight from Ireland Car was not as described and I was promised return of deposit which I have not received as of May 3rd Tom Slattery

Seven months after buying a Lexus CT200 I'm still really pleased with its performance.I have to commend Simon for seamlessly including in the deal the part-exchange of my old Saab. The idea of having to drive it to the far south-east of the country would probably have been a deal-breaker, had Simon not been able to sort the logistics of a long-distance swap.Simon's open, relaxed and helpful manner, plus his after-sale attention made the whole process easy and enjoyable.I would highly recommend him to any prospective buyer.

Great experience. Bought a Honda CRV from Simon and it was all good. Drove to Scotland for a week in December and she (the Honda) never missed a beat. Great car, great experience and Simon...a nice bloke. Would buy from him again with no hesitation.
