I enquired about a Ford fiesta and from the start Simon was very informative and put me at ease. I test drove the car and was very happy with it. Simon is a great salesman and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Simon has been OUTSTANDING from start to finish. From the initial phone call enquiry about my car Simon has been more than helpful. I instantly felt I could trust the service I was being promised/ information I was being given. Therefore I even asked for the car to be delivered without even viewing it. What I really admire is the passion Simon has for his business; it is evident he not only has thorough knowledge of cars but he also truly cares about his customers satisfaction. 100% recommend.

We Bought our family car from Simon (fiat 500x) back in August, Simon has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole buying process and after sale. Any small issues we’ve had Simon has made every reasonable effort to help us. We’ve now owned the car for 5/6 weeks and absolutely love it. Would certainly recommend Simon to anyone and will certainly like to purchase our 2nd car with him soon. Fantastic service and a lovely gentleman to deal with in person. I was looking for a smaller car and a newer one as my car was over 20 years old. I was very nervous as I had to do this alone as my husband has dementure and unable to help me. I looked on line and saw a couple that suited me and contacted LS Car Sales and spoke to Simon who was extremely helpful and understood my situation. I was interested in the VW Up and Simon arranged a test drive, of course I loved it after our old Astra. I have almost had the car a month and can now say with all honesty I highly recommend LS Car Sales and Simon for the above and beyond service he gave me. Thank you .

I wasn’t sure who to turn to when I found out my old car had a lot of problems and the cost to fix it . On my own & not sure who to trust & turn to or if it’s even worth mending…….if your in that situation then you will understand that feeling lady’s . So when I called (LS cars ) just on the off chance for a chat about a lovely little fiat 500 i saw advertised, Simon answered the call. Well I could tell straight away he was a good /kind man understanding to all situations and willing to help his customers and go that extra mile . And he certainly did ! As I’m 200 miles away from LS cars . I told him the truth about my old car and & all it’s problems he respected the truth and trusted me and he was very positive . So not only did he deliver that lovely little fiat to me with a full MOT and Tax . He also took my old car of my hands with part exchange and giving me a very good price. The best thing was that the worry was of my shoulders as he arranged everything and even talking me through all that had to be done on delivery and even after making sure I was happy . That’s great customer service! I would like to say a big thank you to Simon .He is clearly not just after the next sale that’s very clear ….
